2. Exchanges
- Exchanges are accepted only if the item:
- Has not been worn.
- Remains in its original packaging.
- Is returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items received after 7 days will not be eligible for exchange or refund.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- The product must be returned to us.
- Customers are responsible for return delivery charges.
- Upon receiving the returned item, we will replace it with the correct or undamaged product.

• Local deliveries are charged on their areas, and the weight of the parcels 

• International deliveries are charged on actual rates by reputable logistics partners, which may vary with destination, volume, and number of outfits in the order

• Customer is liable to pay any duties or taxes that may be applicable and will not be borne by Classics Collection

• Nationwide Deliveries: 5 to 6 working days

• International Deliveries: 12 to 15 working days
